About this blog:

Wicked Cheap in Boston, v2.0

What this blog was: A place to find out about all the best free and cheap food, events, deals, etc in the Boston area.

I started writing WCiB when I was bored and unemployed in 2010.  Since then, I’ve gone through a couple pretty big life changes.  Namely, I got un-unemployed (began working full time), then decided that going to school part time on top of that sounded like a good idea.  That didn’t leave much time for blogging, and WCiB went on hiatus for a while.

What this blog is: “Lifestyle Blog”, “Massage Blog”, “Craft Blog”, “Picture of cats and other furry animals Blog” and also “Cheap Stuff Blog”.  It will grow and evolve as my life does, and hopefully continue to inform and entertain.

About Me:

My name is Molly! I have trouble looking normal in pictures!

I’m in my mid-to-late-twenties and I grew up in southern New Hampshire.  I moved to Boston for school (Simmons College) in 2004 and now I live in Brookline, MA (which is snuggled right on up to Boston proper) with my cat, Captain Kittypants.

I have a bachelors degree in Psychology and Music History (read: interesting but useless).  I currently work as an office admin type person during the day and as a Licensed Massage Therapist nights and weekends. I make crafts when I get restless.  I blog because I love the internet and have been told that I’m a decent writer.

We should be friends.

Hi, just found your blog though Boston bloggers. I’m moving back to Boston (I moved away after school in 2009) this summer and love your blog. Now that I’ll be paying my rent with an arm and a leg and the promise of my first-born, I’m looking for cheap things to do in Boston and to rediscover the city. Looking forward to reading more!
